4" hole saw should do the trick. Doors are rusty as can be anyway. I got some 4" foam baffles to hopefully insulate them from the elements.
Autos, Cycles, Instruments, and a whole bunch of other stuff including Custom Fabrications, Tattoos, Music, Atvs, Guns, Games, Family, Friends, Coatings, ect.... Occasionally just crying about stuff. I hate to love New Jersey.

These Speaker Pods for the Corvair Suck Ass so I'm cutting my doors for speakers.

Got a Scout... Immediately made fishtails.
Staggered fishtails.
Parts list:
34$ 30" Amazon Fishtails.
Kromeworks 12" Baffles (which basically do nothing.)
DEI header wrap.

I reused the accuseal clamps that came of the factory mufflers.
Really all I had to do was kick one pipe over a bit so I could overlap and stagger them.
